Is there a minimum lease requirement?
We offer month-to-month leases, meaning no long-term contract or commitment.
How much notice must be given when I move out?
We require a seven-day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
How can I make a payment?
Payments can be processed by mail, in person, through our website and by our smart phone app. You can also arrange for payment to be automatically charged to your credit card each month or receive a monthly bill. Please ask your manager about these options.
All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this option for cash payments.
How do I determine how much storage space I need?
Our expert managers can assist you in determining the right size. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored, and we'll help you determine how much space is needed. You can also browse through our rates and special pricing page for quick references.
Do you sell locks, packing and moving supplies?
We sell locks and an wide assortment of packing and moving supplies. You won’t have to pay for a lock. We also offer boxes and moving supplies. If purchased on the day of lease signing, you receive a 10% discount on moving supplies.
When can I access my Self-Storage unit?
Our gate access hours are 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., 365 days per year. Our office hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. After hours appointments are available for our customers’ convenience. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
Do you offer a mover?
We offer free use of our moving truck service at move-in. Please contact a self storage team member for full details.
What unit sizes do you have, and how much do they cost?
We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. These include: 5x5, 5x10, 7.5x10, 10x10, 10x15, 10x20, 10x25, 10x30, 13x22 and 15x22. Please contact a storage professional for current available sizes and prices.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program.
Do you have storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?
Yes. We have space for vehicle storage, including boats, RVs, commercial vehicles, trucks and cars. Contact a facility manager for more information about vehicle storage options.
